On my Blackberry Curve 8900 it tells me in my Services Status that my Blackberry Internet Service Connection is "Not Connected" and my Blackberry Enterprise Server Connection is also "not Connected". My phone was bought from a shop online although it wasnt an official O2 Shop. Will i have to go into o2 and explain the problem to them or is there another way to activate! Id really appriciate help! thanks!
