HELP! OK I had a blackberry-it acted up-Verizon sent me a new one to replace it-however i had a lot of songs on the old one-they told me (verizon) to take my sim card out-put it in the new phone-and then download vcast rhapsody software for my lap top and transfer the songs onto that. i did. they show up-but they will not play on the computer. It runs through them fast like it is fowarding them. same thing on the blackberry when i try to put them on there. it forwards fast and doesnt play. its says something about you dont have the rights to play these bla bla, and sync with your computer. i dont see a sunc button on the rhapsody software and it only makes a whole lot of error messages when i do try to transfer the songs from rhapsody anyway. an error msg for each song. sux. advice anyone??????
