blackberry help PLEASE !!!!!?

i am having trouble working the mobile internet on my new blackberry curve 8520. the wi-fi works perfectly but the mobile internet will not work at all. i have went to options -> advanced options ->host routing table -> register now, sent the registration message but no luck! i have phoned orange twice but they havent been any help can someone just PLEASE give me a solution im desperate !!!!! thansk
