blackberry help please?

ok i have a blackberry pearl from us cellular and the radio just turns its self off and stays off even if it is perminatley charged. I have to turn it back on everytime i want to try to recieve a text and i cannot make calls anymore cuz the radio shuts off i have tried everything can someone help me soon i need this fixed i am expecting a big phone call
