Blackberry for Sprint question?

I'm wondering about buying a blackberry on ebay cuz its impossible to convince my parents to pay 100 more dollars to get it from sprint.
(sounds like a good idea?)

1.) does sprint provide you with free internet for blackberry or do you have to pay for them?

~any other facts about why i should or shouldn't get a blackberry is welcome~
