My phone (after my 2 yr old i'm sure, messed with it) is set to vibrate only. i cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it to just freaking RING.
I've googled this, to no avail. everything talks about a "yellow speaker icon" well i dont have a yellow speaker icon, i only have a gray speaker icon that lists loud, vibrate, quiet, normal, phone only and off.
i click on loud or normal and it still only vibrates when i get a call.
this is pissing me off. i have no idea how to freaking do this and the booklet and online help list crap about choosing the right "profile" and all that crap. i have no idea what any of this means, i just need a simple explaination of how to get my phone to ring normally.

ugh. i dont see one blasted thing on this about setting sounds and alerts.
going into profiles...i dont know what that MEANS.
i see the "advanced" section which then lists "profiles" under it w/a box you can check and uncheck.
my problem is i have no idea what that means. what does it do when it's checked, what does it do when it's unchecked.
all the boxes were checked when i looked at it.
i am NOT tech savvy.
