I recently bought my new blackberry and my friend tried to send me a file from her phone (not a blackberry) and it kept saying failed each time we tried. I checked to see on other phones if it was me, and it seemed to be as for them it worked. I am really confused and do not know what it is. I have turned on my bluetooth, made me discoverable, but apparently on my friends phones it keeps saying that mine is 'locked'. Please help me.... thanks.
