Over the weekend, I updated the firmware and loaded the Blackberry Connect software onto my unlocked E61. I have it set it and working perfectly with T-mobile's Blackberry service. That is, until I changed the connection options to "Timed" from "On", so it would stop pulling email all night long and beeping in the middle of the night. Once I did that, the home screen stopped updating with current email messages. I still get new email notifications via light and chime, but the home screen is "stuck" at the last message I received before I changed the connection timer option. When I get a new message, I have to scroll through all of the messages in my Inbox and find where the new one has come in. Has anyone else seen this problem? Is there a place on Nokia's Business Software website to report issues like this?
