I am not able to access my Blackberry browser. I have an unlimited Blackberry data plan with t-mobile. the only browser that is showing up is the t-zones browser. When I checked my account online with t-mobile, it still shows that i am paying for the blackberry plan. HELP!

Go to your Browser > click Menu > go to Options > go to General Properties > change Default Browser to Internet Browser > click Menu > Save.If its still not working, go Browser > click Menu > go to Options > go to Browser Configuration > make sure the browser here is also set to Internet Browser. If its *still* not working I would def try the service books, or even maybe reloading the OS.

blkbryadict- tried that, no luck

saralicious81-tried that as well...the only options it is showing is t-zones & hotspot browser, but before this problem occurred, i had a internet browser also...was on with a t-mo rep yesterday for about an hour, and still no luck

thanks for the help, maybe i need a new phone :-)

No, your issue is your service books and/or host routing tables. Reset/register both and it should work. Try contacting your provider, and they may be able to push it to your device. If nothing works, might resort to a OS reinstall. It is a software issue, I don't think any hardware would make just the BB Browser dissappear

You might also try a different theme. I know with the theme I'm using my "myfaves" icon isn't showin up.

Just wanted to mention that this solved my issue. I was getting an HTTP request error, I think 404, for every webpage I tried to visit. Every single one, except Google Reader. This was the only one that worked. I followed the directions for changing the default browser and BAM, it worked. Thanks for the help!

As a side note, I noticed most of my problems occuring after I updated the software on my BB.

Hi,
Log into your Blackberry Internet service control panel - probably "alltel.blackberry.com" and send service books to your device. You can also send them on the device threw advanced settings in the options menu. But going thru the web seems to be more reliable.
