Blackberry Bold Vs. Iphone..Is the Iphone a professional phone?

Sooo the other day I was at AT&T and got a Blackberry Bold Smartphone which they told me I'd love and it had just as many apps if not more than the iphone.
But i was also contemplating getting an Iphone, but they didn't have them at the time and couldn't tell me a for sure time they were going to be there.

I decided to get the blackberry, and I believe i still have at least 20 days on my 30 day return if i wanted

My argument was that the iphone was okay to have in high school, but it would seem like an unprofessional tool later in life. but looked up some apps for Iphone and it DID seem to have some apps for professional things though I didnt search for anything music.

I'm going into music education and music theory...so would an iphone ACTUALLY have apps that would be good for me in college and in work? ..BESIDES a tuner...

I like the blackberry because it's like a mini computer, and seems like it could be better for the future...but if the iphone has apps and is just as professional, i might just switch

what's your thought on it?
 
I know a lot of people who have the iPhone, even people who are avid businessmen. The iPhone is a great phone, and has many apps, even for music. I would recommend the iPhone over almost any other phone.
