hey there!! i just made a huge mistake : i entered my passwort (i actually know it) 10 times wrong and now my blackberry bold has a white screen which says - reload software 513 - (i connected my phone to the blackberry desktop manager ) - i dont know what to do !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
