Just saw this article on BGR's website. If it holds steady, then we can see the bold by summers end!!!!!!

Wow thats awesome i just read it on bgr as well go tmo when i come back from vacation am getting an upgrade thank god i saved it.

damn TMO for making us keep our phones for 22 out of 24 months!!!! sprint used to be 18 mos. who wants to keep a phone for 2 yrs??? esp at the rate new phones come out these days. they give you good deals to get you as a cust then proceed to hump you with no vaseline.
 
I always op for the 1 year contract with TMO, then its only 11 months, you pay a little more for the phone, But to have a full upgrade again in 11 months is worth it to me.
 
I have always been able to call TMO and get an upgrade, sometimes for lower than a new customer price, way before my contract is up. You just need to ask nicely...
 
i'm guessing between august-october that's been the trend for the really hot blackberry devices.

the pearl (first bb with a camera) i believed launch in sept
the curve (first bb with wifi/@home) launched in oct
next model is the bold so aug-oct would be the ideal time
