blackberry bold 9780 tray?

Last night i bought a Blackberry Bold 9780 white and the tray is really weird, is there any way i could change the layout of it?
so if i press the full menu button i could just have the whole menu, i dont need to slide through everything & i have the torch layout on the tray
help PLEASE :(
