I have a BB Bold 9700 and it's a little over a year old. Out of nowhere, it decided to stop playing my music whenever I get a text message. Once I play the song again, it restarts the whole song all over again instead of where it left off. It has never done this before until last week. It used to just play my text alert in the background and keep playing the song. Now it completely shuts off the song and starts over. Is there any way I can fix this? Or is this annoyance just something I'm going to have to deal with?
