Blackberry Bold 9700 or iPhone?

I'm a real estate agent and currently use an iPhone. I've been told that the blackberry bold is a great business tool and is great for real estate. I currently own an iPad and use that for a lot of my off site web needs so that may make this a dumb question....

For business use, what is better...

Blackberry Bold 9700 or iPhone?

Is there another blackberry that is better for business than the bold?
