BlackBerry Bold 9700 or HTC Magic?

I'm torn between the 2 smartphones.

I really like the HTC Magic for its sleek design and the Android OS, but I also like the BlackBerry for its server compression service and BBM.

I also heard about durability problems with the Magic and browser problems of the BlackBerry.

Which phone would you recommend?
