Hello everyone,
I am having a problem with my Blackberry Bold 9700. I have the volume set to 100%, but still the volume level is very low and I can barely hear the speaker talk. The volume level is fine when I have it set to speaker. However, its very low when I have a headset plug in as well.
Also I have updated the software.
Is there is firmware reload or upgrade?
