I have the new Blackberry Bold 9700 and it has been working great since I bought it (not too long ago) but just yesterday I got a notification that I have a bbm message but when I went to check it, there wasn't one. I've tried the battery pull a few times now and it doesn't seem to be helping. Does anyone have any other suggestions on what I can do to make the notification symbol go away? Any help would be much appreciated!
