Hello all,
I recently purchased a fully flashed blackberry 9530 on ebay in hopes of getting it activated with cricket. I was disappointed to find that the phone cannot be activated since i live in a Tri-band market (Washington DC). I really should have done more research....
I am currently stuck with an unactivated phone with running service(i actually had them put a hold on the account since they would not refund my money, quite ridiculous).
This has led me in a desperate attempt to find a tri-band phone that can be flashed, preferably a blackberry. I have searched the forums (this and others) but have been unsuccessful in finding out if there are any tri-band phones that can be flashed to work with cricket, the Blackberry Bold 9700 in particular.
Can anyone shed light on the subject? Can the Bold 9700 be Flashed? Will it work with Cricket?
