Blackberry Bold 9700 apps (facebook,myspace) dont work, help?

I downloaded both apps for example and when i click the Facebook app .. put my Email: & Password: (CORRECTLY) it says .... "Could not connect because a data service is not available. Please try again later." Still don't work. Myspace one says " The email & password combination is incorrect. Please try again." Very frustrating my Blackberry 8900 had no problem with these apps and i was runnin on Wi-fi Im able to get on the regular myspace page but thru the Browser button. Dont want to have to use that I perfer the apps lol . Please let me know any suggustions . Thank you
