My blackberry bold is having some issues. I bought it brand new back in May. The past month with it has been horrible. It randomly turns off by itself, and when I turn it back on it says "Uncaught exception: Index 4 >=4" then I have to confirm my date and time afterwards. The battery is also going on the fritz when this happens... It could be fully charged but when it turns off and I reboot it, the phone says low battery. I have also turned it off before when it said low battery, then when I turn it back on again, there is some battery life, but not near as much as it had. I thought maybe the battery was coming loose in the phone when I picked it up and what not, but it happens even when I don't pick it up. What is wrong with my phone? What caused it? And how do I fix it? please help asap. It's very frustrating.
