as the title says just open the correct link for your OS using your BlackBerry Browser

make sure the spelling is right or just email the link to your BB email to open from your phone

to check your OS version go to Options >> About

try downloading BBSAK and appworld 1.1.0.37.zip

Connect your BB to SAK

Click Modify CODs >>> Install CODs

And choose
First : net_rim_bb_appworld_resource_en.cod
Second : net_rim_bb_appworld.cod

Must be in that order !

Phone should restart and with AppWorld in main menu

for appworld 2 all you need to do is to turn off our mobile network connection from manage connection , turn wifi and use it to download and install appworld by visiting http://www.blackberry.com/select/appworld/download.shtml on your blackberry browser

that it every time you want to use it or install new app turn off the network and use the wifi connection
