BlackBerry Alternative

One of our Managers recently went from an older model Blackberry, a 7520 I believe, to a HP IPAQ 6515. After realizing what is most important to him, making phone calls, he realized that the HP was not for him and went back to Blackberry but upgraded to the 8700. Now still looking for Blackberry alternatives because some managers do not even want a Blackberry anymore but possibly somewhat similar. This is what we are looking for:

1.) Wheel like Blackberry to navigate through options and contancts.
2.) QWERTY Keyboard
3.) E-mail Capabilities and if possible Activesync (Windows 5.0)
4.) Bluetooth
5.) Wireless Internet
6.) Quad Band - (or whatever it is called to talk from around the world)
7.) Expansion slots - miniSD etc..
8.) Camera would be nice but not necessary

Coincidentally this list is listed in somewhat priority order though the top three should be all number one but obviously I will have to work around what is out there. Hope I'm not missing anything here but that should be it. Oh yeah and the Treo 700w is out of the question. Since email is a big deal the Treo keys are a bit too small for many of our managers.

moto q perhaps
i find the treo far worse than the bberry.
the wheel is the best thing since sliced bread, period. the 1 handed operation is what makes the 'berry all that! that said, there isn't much out there that can replace a berry. perhaps an imate kjam or jasjar

haha...yeah if you have never used it I don't see the fuss but if you have been using it for a while you wonder why nobody else does it the same way. "Instant CrackBerry."

Treo buttons are a bit cramped for extended typing. Correct me if I am wrong but the 650 is the same form factor as the 700 right, just a different OS?
