I own a blackberry 9700, my wireless carrier is AT&T, recently my phone has been going off however when I go to read the text message there is no new message. The red light in the upper right hand corner continues to flash red just like it would when there is an unread message however I can't seem to view the message. Has anybody else had this problem or heard of it or heard of a solution?
-note I have already tried turning my phone off and on, deleting all prior conversations/threads, and pulling the battery out.
I suppose I haven't tried to re-install the OS but that seems like a little overkill.
