BLACKBERRY 9700 SOAKED IN WATER * HELPPPPP *?

so like an hour ago or so my blackberry bold 9700 fell in the tub i hurried to get it out but it got SOAKED ! completely soaked ! i did the rice thing and dried it , even with the blow dried on cold / warm now im drying it with the ac and i put the battery in it works it turns on but when i was trying to write my pw i noticed the keyboards messed up ill write an a and ill go djeihjweuifh , please help me what should i do & can someone tell me is there so way i can remove the pw ? so i can use the phone
