Ok so i have a blackberry 8900, i am trying to get on wifi but it says "this is a wi-fi service. Please ensure your device has an active connection and try again." when i try to set up wi-fi i get this "Reason: w002: Connection Failed." Also the default browser configuration: hotspot browser. I would call blackberry support but when i call them they try to charge me for the phone call. What do i do? Do i call t-mobile? Do i call blackberry support?
