Blackberry 8830 vs Moto q

I have been a blackberry (7130e) user for 3 months now. Looking at upgrading to 8830, but carrier has Moto Q coming same time as 8830. I do not have BES for current 7130e, have email sent to phone and works fine, just duplicate emails to phone and computer. Anyone have comments on the two styles of phones?
