I cracked the screen completely on my Blackberry 8700c and I am trying to get all my contacts and calenders moved to my computer. I downloaded the blackberry DM software from the website and proceeded to plug the phone in. The computer successfully installed the drivers and the phone lit up, Only problem is, when I open the DM software it says "Before you begin, verify that your current Blackberry device is connected to your computer." What do I do?
