Here's the story:
I have Alltel, and through alltel people CAN receive pictures AND ringtones/audio just fine. Everyone I know with Verizon can receive pictures, but when I send a ringtone through MMS, the attachment drops. They get the message, but no the file. I've tested it by sending to a razr, env 3, env touch, a verizon bb curve, and a few other verizon phones. ALL the same. No audio is sent, only pictures.
