Well I liked the Treo 650 more then the 7130c because you can do so much more then any blackberry. Plus it has a camera which is also nice to.
There are so many 3rd party applications for the palm devices. I could even use my Treo 650 as a Mp3 player.
The 7130c is nice in that it is more like a regular phone in form but it really cant do anything.
Blackberry is suppose to be for a business professional. They are pretty much email devices. They dont have cameras or Mp3 players and very few 3rd party software. The software they do have are really expensive...
So overall if you were choosing to buy between both these devices I would go for the 650
