has this concept ever been overcome? i don't think it will. The only people that have the power to change are the people inflicting the racism on others

Martin Luther King was talking about BLACKS, not everyone, i am so tired of people watering down his beliefs.. He believed in Affirmative Action FOR BLACKS, not for EVERYONE..but if everyone benefited so be it...READ YOUR HISTORY PEOPLE

clearly you didn't read ALL of his speeches, nor did you have to analyze them in a literature class like i did.. sorry but you are wrong. He did say equality for all..but the focus was equality for blacks! in order for you to know this you can't just read one speech and take it literally, you have to analyze it along with other speeches he did(that weren't so famous) .
