Black Ops clip rendering not working?

I have an xbox 360 if that matters. Hey I want to start a Youtube minitages on Black Ops and i was happy to see the clip rendering.. well i was making a sniper montage first (snipers all suck except the L96A1 by the way) so i made a 24 second clip (was not exceeding the maximum length of time) and i started to render it.. the box would come up and say 0% and have the little circle thing that means its loading or whatever and then it would close (still at 0%) and say something along the lines of 'Your clip was successfully uploaded to Your Theater' and other stuff but when i go to my theater (yes i linked my Youtube account and Gamertag) and it would say that i still have 0 videos... i checked my Youtube account and there was nothing there either... Does anyone know how to fix this??
 
Any way to get BlackOps for free?

I know it's a "bit" stupid to ask, but since i don't download nothing more from torrents or whatever cracked BS from warez sites (got sick of viruses LOL),
so i wonder is there any way to get Blackops legit version(pc) for as less money possible-or no money at all?(lol ... dumbass question i know)

Thanks for reply???!, but being cheap-ass as i am(LOL...:)) i found promo-copy of BlackOps, woohooo! Let's se what this baby can do!
