Black ops chrome glitch?

Randomly when I went to play campaign (second mission) everything turned chrome. I know this has been asked before but people say that simply restarting your xbox 360 will fix it but it hasn't worked. Right before I went to campaign I was playing online multiplayer but now it just doesn't read the disc anymore so icant go to multiplayer. Also in the menu the area around me was normal before playing the campaign but after I exited the campaign the area around me was also chrome. This also happens in zombies
