Black Lump in back of mouth

Hello I do not know what section this will fall under since I am completely unsure of what it is...., for some time now although I cannot be sure for how long but it's possibly over a month I have had a strange feeling of dryness in my mouth or feel something is stuck (food or so), I was coughing up cream coloured Tonsil stones? from what I have searched that was the name used that smell foul! however where the blood was coming from was unknown and forgotten about untill today as I felt something did not belong I used the light from my cell phone to look inside my mouth and discovered a black lump at the back of my mouth and what appears to be a white lump or two at the back of my throat however I cannot be sure of this as it is difficult to see, the black lump can be moved as in the picture you will find it hard to see but can still see I have a cotton bud located under it to raise it up to see, a strange goo substance that felt like silicon glue as it was felt very strong texture and could not have been flem as flem appears weak but this could be pulled apart like a childrens PVA glue as you can see on the cotton bud the lenght it may give you an idea of the strenght it was to hold itself that lenght, I am very unsure of anything in this area so please do not hesitate to ask me ANY questions and I can try my best to provide the answers to the questions,

I know a lot will recommend me to go to a doctor or dentist but please understand I am living in Ireland a doctor visit alone is 50 euro, recession is a big problem here and thus caused my job to be unstable and cut hours and wage percentage with two brothers and one sister to support so money is a HUGE problem at this time so ANY information or leads of information I could research is very welcome and I will be most greatful. Also additional information, In September I was in the philippines and had Dental work however this was two root canals (1st Molar, 2nd PRE-Molar), and both bridged/capped

I understand that money is a problem though any amount of research will not be able to diagnose or treat you. You need to get to a doctor, anything that does not belong in any part of the body and the fact that it is black needs to be checked out. Please find a way to get it checked. You most likely may have to get it removed and have it sent to a lab for tests. Please try to find a way, remember your health is a priority especially since you do have so many people rely on you. I hope you find a way to get to a doctor.
