Has anyone got any views on this movie. Think it could be interesting as I really enjoyed the original and like the idea of a different kind of christmas movie coming out at Christmas time!

I really rate the original (1974) but it appears that it has only been seen by a few people?
I feel that 'Black Christmas (1974)' is a much better film than 'Halloween'. In fact John Carpenter did borrow a few ideas from 'Black Christmas (1974)'!

I'm a bit angry about Black Christmas being remade. I mean it could be done if it sticks to the storyline but then I say what's the point?
Also the whole creepy thing about Black Christmas is the killer always being in the house!! Like Halloween, you don't need blood and guts to create a decent horror movie.

It's a fun bit of festive gore. Hardly a classic like the original, but I enjoyed it anyway.
