black bold video and photo transfers (mac) Please Help!!!!?

Hey everyone ,
i have just recieved my blackberry bold 9700 and am trying to work it out but i have a few questions to ask
1) How do i transfer youtube videos and put them on my device using a mac
2) How can i transfer photos and videos from my mac to my blackberry

thats pretty much it
