i downloaded a ringtone from myverizon.com i purchased it but when i tried setting it as my ringer, it said it wasn't a valid ringer? and then i tried the other ringtones that the phone came with and those were all invalid too? maybe im supposed to click an option? idk so i have no ringer at all but i have vibration. please help me!
