I am testing for my Black Belt in traditional Taekwondo in 6 months. And, this is what we have to do. 4 mile run in 45 minutes. Hour brake. 3 hours of conditioning. Hour brake. 3 hours of sparring. 1 VS 1, 1 VS 2, 1 VS 3, Then against my masters. Hour brake. Lastly 3 hours of fourms then speeches. I am REALLY nervous. Can you give me any advice for this test. Even if it is 6 months away I need to know what to do to prepare myself. So please help!
