black and white flashing picture?

ok im always seeing everyone on myspace with a black and white picture that flashes, and it looks so cool to me! iv gone to so many sites to do that flash thing with my picture, but they never work! can someone please help me??... =/
 
so easy!!
go to gifmake.com to make your pictures flash but first you have to ahve them black and white which is easy to do...just go to photobucket and make the picture balck and white then do the gifmake.com thingy its easy.
