J John New member Dec 24, 2012 #1 I'm a little confused as I'm newish to bittorrent. How come when I set my upload limit to 8 kb/s, it actually uploads at about 90 kb/s. And my download is set to unlimited, yet only does about 30 kb/s. How can I fix this if there is a way?
