Bit Torrent Help.... AGAIN. Please Help!?

Hi, okay so my arrow isn't red anymore, it has now turned blue and is facing downward, but it has 0% downloaded.... Please tell me what this means, how i can fix it and explain to me how to do so! I have a MacBook Pro running OS X Lion.... I'm sorry I have so many bit torrent questions.... Haha ! HEELLP! PLEASSE!
