Birthday Breakfast!

A few pan pan fried slices of Jimmy Dean hot sausage mixed up with some
nucularized Egg Beaters on open-faced toasted English muffins and dabbed
with Cholula hot sauce and some grated Parmesan cheese. And a lot of fat-
free (why bother) milk. And a Flintstone chewable multivitamin.

You?

Gone fishing.

Happy birthday.

Fat free milk allows an extra sausage patty; as does the EggBeaters; had you
gone the full-fat milk and egg route, you would have had to forgo all or
most of the sausage. I don't know about JD sausage, but the sauge I eat has
a lot more flavor the milk or eggs, so pass the sausage.

And a Flintstone chewable multivitamin.

Breakfast burrito, stuffed with fire-roasted poblano, Mexican chorizo,
EggBeaters and a pinch (a bit more than a smidgen, much less than a handful)
of cheese (allowable because o EB, not whole-eggs). Eight O'Clock brand
French Roast coffee in sufficient quantity to ensure adequate operation of
head and heart.

Thanks!

A grand breakfast you had!

Glad to hear you're OK/safe through the StL tornado.

Buenos dias!

Jill,

Thank you!

You've been a last chance breakfast girl for as long as I've known you.

My only hope for us is lunch! :)

Best,

Andy

I had breakfast around noon and called it lunch... mussels in white
wine sauce and roast pork accompanied by white wine; with chocolate
mousse and a cappuccino for dessert.

Hope you have a very happy birthday!

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Most of the time I keep an odd schedule. Usually up till 3:00 a.m. but
kitties are trying to change that. They like to sleep earlier. Then up
around 7ish to get daughter off to school. Then back to bed then up around
noonish. But this week isn't normal. Will have to get up early and stay up
a few times.
