Which birth control options have people noticed the most improvement with?

I have taken Ortho Tri-Cyclen for the past 7 years and have now tried Yasmin for about 2 months, but dont notice any improvement - in fact I think it may be worse!!!!
 
I was on Yasmin last summer and it made me break out like CRAZY big painful under the skin pimples around my chin. I went off of it and on minocycline to clear it up and it took months and months. Now I'm giving birth control another shot (kinda need to, boyfriend and all!), and I'm on the Ortho Cyclin (my gynogologist thought it would be the best for my skin as it is completely different than Yasmin). Anyways I'm on my second pack and starting to break out and getting SCARED that it's going to happen all over again- my skin is basically clear withOUT birth control. Damnit!
 
Thats what Im experiencing - terrible breakout under chin and I mean terrible. This is erabarrassing at 26 years old. Seriously!!!
