Hello-
I was on birth control for 10 years and have been off it since July. I never had acne before I went on the pill and since I have stopped taking it, I have zits for the first time in my life. I've been trying over the counter things but nothing seems to work in preventing it or treating it. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant so going back on the pill is not an option. Does anyone else have any other suggestions for what to do help control the acne or prevent it from re-appearing? Thanks!
