Biology Transport around the body questions?

Q1) In humans oxygen enters the body and carbon dioxide leaves it through the lungs The lungs are made of thousands of tiny air sacs surrounded by blood vessels. How does this help the two gases to diffuse quickly into and out of the blood.

Q2) Plasma is a solution, Cytoplasm is a colloid and blood is a suspension. Explain how the properties of solutions, colloids and suspensions adapt these biological materials to carry out their functions in the body.

Q3) Why does blook look red although plasma is yellow? I answered "because of haemoglobin?"
