Biology Question over consanguineous matings in deformed children?

consanguineous matings often result in deformed children because a child is like to inherit A ) two copies of the same recessive allele B) two incompletely dominant alleles C) only one allele for a trait D) broken chromosomes E) none of the above

A.
When two people who are genetically similar reproduce, there is a much greater chance that their child will inherit any rare genetic disorders that are "hiding out" (i.e. are not expressed because they only have one copy of the recessive allele) in their DNA.
