Strptomyces hygroscopicus strain. always, when I culture it, there is a nother spore is growng with my strain . thr Strptomyces hygroscopicus should be a grey colour or near to black colour but also there is a so small white spore.
The medium is Malt-meat agar ( pH 7 ) at 31 for 2 weeks.
so, what I should do to get Pure Strptomyces hygroscopicus and active.
