biology help pls staphylococcus albus bacteria?

can someone pls tell me the biology behind the effect of copper chloride on the growth of bacteria. i already know that copper chloride can act as as a good antibacteria but i do not no the biology behind it.

i felt it was the ph of the copper chloride solution but it is more than that
