Biology Campbell and Reece, 7th vs. 8th editions?

Is there anyone that can help me out here? I checked out the 7th edition book for Biology, but the reading assignments are listed by page. Can anyone tell me what starts on page 18 of the 8th edition book so I know where to begin in the 7th edition? Or if anyone could give me an idea about where the chapters and/or sections start for like the first chapter or so that would be helpful.

Any info is appreciated. Thanks!
