binge eating for 4 days...how do i get back on track?

anyways for a month ive been eating healthy...mostly fruits n veggies and lots of exercise everyday...

so i binged one day, then i felt like crap but i also ended up binging 3 more days......how do i get back on track?? i havent exercised for the past week, ive been lazy, i know im not hungry but i eat junk anyway because they taste good....i feel fat now lol..

i would pretty much eat until i felt like puking, i dont know why im doing this but im probably consuming about 1000 calories per every meal of the day i have (sugary drinks, fatty junk food,etc)
honestly i think i may be doing this cause i lost a lot of weight this month, i look much better now so i felt that i dont need to diet anymore so im binging all over again but i know this will cause me to put on weight again and i dont wanna be chubby again..ahhhhhh!!!!!!
 
Try to have control on your desire, try to keep yourself happy dude
follow fast for atleast two days in a row only liquids and fruits are allowed this will definitely get you back in track and do exercise much harder, drink chilled glass of water before every meal this will help you to eat lesser
 
so, u binged for 4 days huh? then starve for 4 days! lol. i know starving just puts your body into an extreme calorie conservation mode but thats fine. just after the 4 days begin to eat only 1 meal of like, cereal a day and gradually increase as days pass. its the best way to get out of that calorie conservation mode.
